Thoughts on Apology Tour (major spoilers below)

I did NOT expect to be thrown into another tense Blitz and Stolas conversation RIGHT AS THE EPISODE STARTS

Blitz is like SO CLOSE TO GETTING IT HES SO CLOSE

He basically poured his real vulnerable feelings out then played it off, like he’s getting there he kinda knows what his problem is he’s getting there I can feel it

I like almost forgot about the first time Striker tried to kill Stolas ngl and I never even thought that Blitz should have warned him idk

Why were you listening to love ballads Blitz?!?!? Huh?!?!? 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

Blitz didn’t really say the word “sorry” to the people he was apologizing to all day, he was just giving them notes/baskets, that was my first like red flag

I loved the song Stolas sang, he was honest even though it wasn’t like a popular take

BLITZ’ FACES DURING THE SONG I CANNOT RIGHT NOW

LOVED the Stolas and Blitz interactions at the party, they learned more about each other, it’s like paving the way for better things I think

I really liked the conversation Verosika and Blitz had, it was great character development and revealed some important info

I love that Stolas is having some fun at that party and not wallowing in despair

Was sad that they didn’t really make up in this episode but from a story perspective it makes sense and I think it kinda makes for a better paced and more interesting story

A big part of me thinks that they won’t really talk or interact again until Sinsmas but they’ll be thinking about each other the whole time and trying to heal and become healthier and better people who can communicate and show love better than they can now :)

What I think is going to happen is like they won’t really talk a bunch maybe they’ll text here and there but I think some space is good for them right now then in Sinsmas when Stolas is stuck and in trouble and his back is against the wall, at the last second, Blitz SWOOPS IN TO SAVE HIM and they make up or at least start to make up and are on good terms again (apollos dodgeball please hit me please please please)

I really do think that Stolitz is endgame y’all I really do but we have a lot to work through for now

Listen, if people wanna go and say that Asmodeus x Fizz could develope or does have an unhealthy power dynamic, fuckin, go for it, knock your socks off. But is they do that, then they CAN NOT turn around and defend Stolitz. If Asmodeus and Fizz have an unhealthy power dynamic in their relationship, then Stolas, in comparison, is borderline abusive to Blitz. Atleast when Fizz got injured, Asmodeus was at his side, checking on him, and was clearly worried!! Blitz was being shot at, and TOLD STOLAS THAT HE WAS IN DANGER, and Stolas just disregarded him and kept talking about their transactional fucking. He kept talking about sex when BLITZ'S LIFE WAS IN DANGER. Its honestly kinda shocks me how people still ship them! Like, I'm not saying people camt ship them, they have all the right to do so, but to consider it a healthier relationship than Asmodeus x Fizz is just mind boggling to me.

Honestly? If they by some remote chance to decide to pull a fast one on us and have Asmodeus and Fizz be really toxic -- not just normal couples' issues, but unhealthy power imbalance toxic -- it will be one of the cruelest things I've personally ever seen a creator pull.

(Not the cruelest, that honor goes to Dean DeBlois and The Hidden World, but up there.)

At this point, I find it pretty hard to believe that they don't know the Stolas and Blitz Instagram thing was a fumble. Maybe an understandable one, but people got hurt by that. To do that again -- to give us two male characters who enjoy each others' company, support each other, respect each other, are basically happy being around one another, and then psych! They’re toxic now! -- would be pretty unforgivable to me.

It would mean that just about every serious m/m ship in this show has secretly been something ugly. And that would be ugly.
